Our stay was wonderful! The cabin was beautiful, incredibly clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip to Red River Gorge. There was plenty to do right at the cabin, including the hot tub, pickleball/basketball court, and a grill and fire pit. The kitchen was also fully stocked with everything we could have needed, which made our stay even easier. One of my favorite parts was the gorgeous porch. It was such a peaceful place to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The cabin is tucked away enough that you truly feel surrounded by nature, while still being close enough to stores if you need anything. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for our RRG trip. We had such a great stay and would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the area!

If you are booking from within the local area, please contact us before making your reservation. --- 🚭 No Smoking or Drugs Smoking, marijuana, illegal drugs, excessive noise, and unapproved parties are prohibited anywhere on the property, including porches and shared outdoor spaces. Violations of the smoking policy will result in: • A $250 minimum fine • Additional cleaning and repair charges, if applicable --- 📸 No Commercial Use Commercial photography, videography, filming, or other commercial use of the property is prohibited without prior written consent. --- ⚠️ Illegal Activities Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited on the premises. --- 🏠 Guest Responsibility Guests are responsible for any damage, injury, or loss occurring during their stay. Please report any property damage to customer service immediately. Unreported damages may be deducted from the security deposit or reported to the booking platform. --- 🧻 Consumable Amenities A starter supply of essentials (such as toilet paper and paper towels) is provided for your arrival. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed during longer stays. --- 🤫 Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties. --- 🏊 Amenities We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are fully operational. If an amenity experiences a mechanical failure during your stay and becomes unusable: • Notify us promptly. • A refund of $15 per 24-hour period the amenity is unavailable will be provided. Refunds are not available for issues resulting from improper guest use. --- 📶 Internet Service Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy. Because internet service is provided by a third-party provider, occasional interruptions or reduced performance may occur.
